Newsletter December 2011 Message from the Managing Director:
Hello and welcome to the Christmas edition of our newsletter for 2011! It amazing to think that we are at the end of yet another calendar year already.
Firstly let me thank you all for the positive feedback we received last month for the re-launch of our newsletter. This will go along way in shaping the type of information you want to see. Its heartening to see that we have a number of happy and loyal clients and for that I am grateful.
Logi-Tech have a number of exciting plans for 2012 and you will receive some more in depth information early in the new year on where we intend to head as a company. I don’t think its any secret that the latest buzz in the IT sector, Cloud Services, has been the main focus of 2011. We have taken the time and patience to watch the movement in the market and develop mature solutions which will result in sound service offerings that clients can trust. You can look forward to hearing more about the types of offerings we will be releasing in January 2012. If however you are in the process of investigating this we would be more than happy to discuss this earlier.
We will also be kicking off in February the first of many planned client events involving key vendors and how their technologies compliment each other in forming robust solutions. The types of collaborations we are looking to delve into involve companies such as VMware and EMC to explore virtualisation best practises to Microsoft SharePoint and the essential Web Parts that most companies are unaware of. With these seminars we are hoping to bridge the gap and provide informative advice on how these technologies can help your business. Invitations to the first of these events will be mailed in January 2012.
Most of all I would like to wish you all a safe and happy Christmas. Please take the time to reconnect with family, enjoy a break and don’t worry about those kilo’s you might put on, that’s what new years resolutions are for. Eat, drink and be merry as its that time of the year.
Lastly please take care on the roads. It’s a very busy time where many people are in a rush. Take your time and get to your destination 15 minutes late if you have to as that’s a much better option than an accident.
Merry Christmas
Peter Moore
